Mineral foundation brand to trust – Colorescience Sunforgettable face shield – SPF 50
I have been using this foundation since I was introduced to the Colorescience brand back in 2015. When searching for organic makeup products for the spa, I learned that the owner of Colorescience sold her brand. Bare essential was no longer made of pure minerals as they claimed to be. It was a disappointment. However, I learned that the original owner created her own line of products, which obviously did not need to be advertised. That sounded more like a line of the original Bare Essentials products to try. I don’t like foundations, but this product is more like a silk-colored cream for daily or no-makeup days without a shiny face.
Trust me, you will love this mineral foundation brand.
Articles such as “Make Up Excavated from a Mine” by The New York Times, explain the origins of Bare Essentials to the creation of what is now known today as Bare Minerals after Shiseido acquired and rebranded the original ‘Bare Essentials’ into what is known today as ‘BareMinerals‘.” Many people use “bare essentials” to describe the real bareMinerals products due to the company’s original name, but “bare minerals” is the correct current brand name.
You can find the full line of Colorescience at @Amazon
My favorite item: The Colorescience Sunforgettable Face Shield – Matte
You don’t have to read the reviews to be convinced. I am recommending this foundation.
